Our Story
It all began with a simple wish — to surprise my girlfriend in the most creative, meaningful way possible. I’ve always loved seeing her face light up with joy every time she received something thoughtful, something unexpected.
That joy sparked an idea. I started designing and creating unique gifts from scratch — couple brochures filled with memories, custom blind boxes with surprises inside, and even a DIY gashapon machine that held little tokens of our story.
One day, she looked at me and said, “This is too good not to be a business.”
And that’s how Love in the Making was born — from real moments, real reactions, and real love. What started as a personal project has now become a way for us to help other couples celebrate their own unique stories through customized, heartfelt gifts.

Custom Blind Boxes
A mystery box made with love. Each blind box is filled with small surprise gifts and custom-designed cards—each one carrying a meaningful message, prompt, or memory. Whether it’s a heartfelt note, a fun dare, or a tiny keepsake, every item is carefully curated to spark connection, joy, and sweet surprises between you and your partner.

Love Gachapon Capsule w/ Personalized Keychains
A unique keepsake designed just for couples to celebrate their special moments. We create custom keychains that capture your memories, beautifully encased inside gashapon-style capsules. Each order also comes with a specially designed custom poster that tells your love story.

📄 Terms & Conditions
Thank you for supporting Love in the Making. Every piece is thoughtfully handcrafted and made uniquely for you. Kindly review the terms below before placing your order:
1. Full Payment Required
All orders must be paid in full at the time of confirmation. As we need to order materials and begin the crafting process promptly, this ensures a smooth and timely production.
2. Custom-Made with Love
Each product is handmade and personalised according to the details you provide. Please note that slight variations may occur due to the handcrafted nature — making every piece one of a kind.
3. Strictly No Refunds or Cancellations
As all orders are custom-made, we are unable to offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges once payment is confirmed. We appreciate your understanding, as these pieces are uniquely created for you and cannot be resold.
4. Production Timeline
All orders require a minimum of 2 weeks to be completed. This timeline excludes shipping. If you have a specific deadline, please indicate it clearly when placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate.
5. Shipping
Shipping fees is $15 flat rate for all locations in Singapore excluding Tuas and Sentosa area.
6. Order Accuracy
Please ensure all custom details submitted (e.g. names, dates, colours, themes) are accurate. We will follow the information provided and will not be held responsible for any errors once production begins.
7. Design Ownership
All designs, including but not limited to artwork, packaging concepts, and customised layouts, remain the intellectual property of Love in the Making. These creations are for personal use only and may not be reproduced, resold, or modified without written permission.
8. Mockup Confirmation
Once a mockup has been reviewed and formally approved by the customer, it will be deemed final. No further amendments or modifications can be accommodated thereafter, as the approved design will have been submitted to our suppliers for production.
9. Revision Policy
Each order includes up to three (3) complimentary mockup revisions to ensure the final design meets your expectations. Requests beyond the three revisions may be accommodated at an additional cost, subject to the complexity of the changes required.
10. Blind Box Gift Policy

Each Blind Box includes one (1) character drawing for the box cover (main picture) only.

Card illustrations are strictly limited to handwritten letters and 2D doodles of gifts (e.g., presents, objects) and do not include human character drawings.

Customers who wish to include character drawings in card illustrations may do so at an additional fee of SGD $6 per card.
